The Delilah syndrome

I was going to call this post: “When Crossdressers go bald” but I know that hair loss is a very sensitive subject.

Actually the Delilah syndrome is defined as a pattern in a woman motivated by a desire to control and manipulate men and render them weak and helpless. I know that's the last thing you want, to be controlled and rendered helpless, right?

As you get older many of you will lose some hair. I have friends that began to go bald fairly young and just shaved their heads. This is a great look and can be very sexy. But what about balding men in a dress, or in a silky, lacy babydoll nightie? Kinda ruins the feminine look you're trying so hard to achieve.

Believe it or not some crossdressers don't own a wig, or even high heels. Both are not as easy to find in your local Walmart as panties, bras, pantyhose, and dresses.

So there you are prancing around your bedroom in a gorgeous red leopard print Michael Kors wrap dress with no hair and bare feet.

Suddenly your wife comes home from her Mother's house two hours early. Its too late to change, and you have her things laid out all over the bed.

“OH MY GOD-WHAT ARE YOU DOING? she screams out.” You don't know what to say or how to say it, this is going to be trouble.

“What is wrong with you?” she asks and glances around the room. “You look ridiculous, we've talked about this so many times. When are you finally going to give in and buy a wig?”

There it is, the hard truth. Its one thing to put on her panties and her new dress, and another to prance around in them looking like Yul Brynner. (unless you can sing)

Are wigs expensive? Will you need a wig stand? Can you get different styles?

Listen, I can only point you in the right direction, usually straight up. Some details you have to learn by yourself. As a famous director of the FBI once said: “Slap me silly and call me Sally.”

I think that pretty much sums it up.
